Hope looks like the Good Friday message my eight-year-old granddaughter wrote:

“Good Friday is when Jesus dies
Oh, and saving us from sin
On a sad Friday
For on Easter, he rose from the dead
Resurrection is what it is called
Isn’t it great for him to be alive.
Does it feel sad for him to die
And made it so we can go the heaven
Yes, Jesus did it.”

She reminds me of what Jesus said in Matthew 18:3: “Unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Sometimes the deepest truths aren’t explained—they’re simply believed.
